Job Description

Your main responsibility will be to
 

  • maintain and generate business from corporates, travel agents, tour operators, property agents, hotels, relocation companies for medium to long term travellers.
  • monitor and convert web and telephone generated inquiries as well.
  • Coordinate the flow of information between Business Development and operations
  • Responsible for the targets and brand image of the company.
  • Achieves set targets of revenue and related as per direction of the Management
  • Drives the annual sales strategy to achieve the revenue numbers both in creation and execution
  • Sets revenue targets for the team reporting into this function in a logical and effective manner
  • Creates a climate of teamwork by encouraging harmony, co-operation and communication.
  • Cares for others and respects their contribution in the organizational growth.

Manager-Sales and Business Development

Compensation: 2 Lac to 3.5 Lac per year plus Commissions
