We would recommend that you read them  that will give you a much better understanding of our workings. Q1. What is the difference between a hotel and a serviced apartment?

Serviced apartments offers spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated apartments, much larger than hotel rooms (even extended stay hotel rooms), featuring a genuine (more home-like) residential character.
All apartments usually feature a complete kitchen, and have separate dining, living and sleeping areas. They will also have a fully automatic Washing Machine with Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, landline Telephone, Digital TV and Wireless Internet. A wide range of personal services and exceptional amenities including health clubs and swimming pools (at many locations) provide a refined lifestyle, and offer a caring and homelike atmosphere for guests and their families.

Q2.Where are the apartments located?

All apartments are located at the prime locations near the bussiness locations like

Q3.What is included in the rate?

Rentals include daily housekeeping, linen changes, Water, Cooking Gas, 24 Hour Wi-Fi Internet, Tata Sky/Airtel Digital TV, Power Backup, Landline Phone (Outgoing Calls chargeable) and all flat/society maintenance. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with cooking utensils and crockery to cater for the maximum occupancy of the apartment. Unless specified, Electricity will be charged separately upon actuals.
Rentals do not include Service Tax. The present rate of Service Tax is 5.15% and is ONLY applicable on stays of less than 3 months.

Q4. Can I view your serviced apartments prior to making a reservation?

Yes, subject to availability. If you are staying in the apartment for an extended period of time we would strongly suggest you do this, so you can familiarize yourself not only with the apartment but the local area and facilities. Please contact our reservations team to arrange a viewing.

Q7. How do I make a Choose my Apartment booking?

I)  Choose the Serviced Apartment that suits your needs, Location, Price  and contact us check its availability. You can also specify any special needs and additional & requirements like airport pickups, etc. We will get back to you after confirming everything and provide you a quote for the same.

Q8. What Corporate discounts are available at Mango Suites?

We offer a unique usage based discounts to businesses and travel partners registered on our website. For more information, email us at deals@mangosuites.com
The usage is calculated in any financial year from 1st April to 31st March.

Q9.What about special / bulk Discounts ?

If the stay is more than 90 stay Days, less than 90 days we don’t entertain , as our maximum guests are who stay from 15 days to 90+ days.

Q10. Is Wi-Fi broadband Internet service provided?

A. Yes, Wi-Fi broadband is available in all apartments and is chargeable.

Q1-R.Is the room rate per person or per night?

Per night.

Q2-R.Is breakfast included?

 Depending on the booking plan booked by guest , if booked inclusive plan then Yes, a Vegetarian Breakfast.

Q3-R.What are the facilities available in the rooms?

Q4-R.What do I need upon checking-in ?

Please print the email confirmation letter. And photo id

Q5-R.How do i change or cancel my reservations?

Through the telephone,  e-mail. Please specify your Name, Check In Date and Check Out Date.

Q6-R.Will I need to pay a Security deposit for the apartment?

Apartments may require a  security deposit,  which will need to be paid upon arrival at the apartment. to cover any unpaid bills, loss or damage  caused to the apartment or its furnishings during their stay, The amount varies per apartment ranging from Rs 10,000/-  to Rs 50,000/-. You can also give expressed authorisation to the property to charge their credit cards

Q7-R.Is there a minimum stay requirement?

There is a minimum stay requirement of One Week (7 nights) in some of our properties unless otherwise specified.

Q8-R.What are the sleeping arrangements in the apartment?

The number of people permitted to occupy each apartment is limited to the number of beds. In some apartments extra beds can be provided and this will be at a charge to be agreed at the time of booking.

Q9-R.Is it possible to request an extra bed?

A. Extra beds can be provided subject to the size of apartment and there being sufficient space. These are charged seprately. Please advise reservations at the time of booking.

Q10-R.Do you have luggage storage facilities?

A. We can accommodate your luggage at some locations but there is a charge associated with the facility. Please check with your Reservation cordinatetar for details about the same.

Q11-R.Are towels and bed linen provided?

A. Our rates include bed linen and towels and these are changed on a bi-weekly basis or as per guest request.

Q12-R.Do I need to pay for electricity charges ?

Depends on the plan you have selected, Exclusive or in inclusive maxuimum cap is 3,000/- per room, above that would be charged Extra.

Q13-R.Are Pets allowed?

No, We have some apartments where we can consider pets, regrettably not in all of them. Please check with us at the time of making your reservation.

Q14-R.What happens if I encounter problem with my reservation upon checking-in?

We would require a print-out of the email confirmation we sent you.

Check-in and Check-out

Q1-C.When is check in or check out?

Check-in Time is after 2 pm
Check-out Time is before 10am

Q2-C.What is the check in and checks out procedure?

When you arrive in the city, please call the caretaker from the airport or at least one hour before to your arrival at the apartment.to confirm your arrival time to the apartment. He will ensure be prepared to welcome you and facilitate the check-in comfortably.
When you arrive at the Apartment, our Caretaker Staff member  of the apartment will provide you with the following: entry to the apartment, walk through the apartment, Explain you how to use equipment in the apartment like Air Conditioning, T.V, Lights, Gyser,Fan  etc., explain any items like  to that neighbourhood, local grocery store location, directions to public transport or other information regarding the area in general, collect the balance and the Security deposit for damage if, in cash or by Credit Card cheque as agreed previously, sign the short Entry form. Exact amount will be stated in your arrival and departure information the will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation.

Q3-C.What is the earliest time I can check into the apartment ? We will be arriving at Mumbai early in the morning ?

Our normal Check-In time is 2.00pm. Our earliest Check-In time is 12.00 noon and it is subject to room availability.

Q4-C.We will be arriving at 5.00AM in the morning. If we check-in at this time, do you consider this as 1 night?

Yes.

Q5-C.We will be arriving at the Hotel at roughly around 3:00AM, so can we check in at that time?

Yes, but you shall be charged in accordance to the rates shown on this website.
In the event you arrive early in the morning we recommend you book from the previous night so you can go directly to your apartment on arrival.

Q6-C.what is check out procedure ?

A member of our staff will be at the apartment at the concerted hour to: collect the unpaid bills if any , Return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred
If you wish it, we can book a taxi for your departure, but we need to know it in advance.

Q7-C.Late check out

Departure should be before 10 am if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you providing our next arrival is not early the same dayA grace period of upto 1 hours can be provided at the maximum.  you can stay in the apartment until 0 pm paying an extra charge of Rs 1,000/- . For check-out from 2 pm  to 07 pm , you will be charged half day’s rate. For check out after 22:00 you will be charged a full day’s rate. Alternatively, the guest can keep his luggage in our central office for a couple of hours max for which we would not charge the guest.

During stay

Q1-S.What if I need help or information during my stay?

The apartment caretaker is there to help you, u can call for  supervisor, operational manager,  There will be a your reservation guest realation ship cordinator our staff available to answer any of your questions during business hours.

Q2-S.Do Children under 2 need to pay the rental?

Child under 2 do not pay for the rental. If the child requires the use of a bed during their stay, you must take it into account when making a reservation request.

Q3-S.How many person can sleep in a room?

2 Bed – Hall Kitchen Apartment accomodates 4 persons Stuidio suites – accommodates 2 persons.

Q4-S.What happens if I break something?

* During your stay at the Apartment,  if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break Please call our Team as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to try and fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision if whether there is any charge incurred.We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Q1-L.how can I get the directions to the property from airport ?

A. Road map to the respective property will be provided to you on request and reservation confirmation voucher.

TRANSPORTATION

Q1-T. hIs there a shuttle service to/from the airport?

A. Yes we can arrange Airport Transfer Vehicle but it is chargeable. Please indicate in the reservation form that you require the Airport transfers. We shall give you the quotation for Airport Transfer during the confirmation of your bookings.

Q2-T.Which is cheaper, your Airport Transfer or the Public Transport?

A. The public transport is obviously cheaper. As other cars need to pay heavy parking charges from Rs 120 to 1,000+ depending on each half hour slab , also the car goes specially for you.
You’ll have the choice of taxis at airport . Pre-paid and meter of few Branded Companys, also we can provide you there call centre booking no.
