Q1-B. How do I make a booking?

Making a booking at any Executive Homes Suites location is very simple and can be performed in 2 easy options.
Online: Our website www.mumbaistay.com has a booking panel along the left margin. Just pick a city and the dates and the number of rooms,  Please ensure you give all the required details and hit Submit .
On Telephone: Call us toll free at our reservation desk: 91.22.40380000 and make a booking over the telephone. Our guest care executives shall answer all your queries, indicate the prices and offer you payment options to confirm the booking by a payment gateway through Bank IVR. All payment methods are completely safe and secure.

Q2-B.When I submit booking form or email my booking where does my request go?

It will go to our reservation department.

Q3-B.How long will it take the Serviced Apartment  to respond to my reservation request?

With in 24 hours and not later than 36 hours. If you do not receive our response within 36 hours, please e-mail back to us at esa@mumbaistay.com

Q4-B.I don’t have 24 hours to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?

Q5-B.When is my booking confirmed?

Once a request is made for an apartment via our Web site or a telephone call  detailing the request with days of the month and from Check In to check Out dates  — year, either by   e-mail or telephone We will reply to your booking confirming the availability .

Q6-B.How do I Make Booking

  • If you decide to go ahead with the booking, we will provide you with a link to a Complete Reservation Form for filling up your personal information and guests name that will go in our records against your booking.

Q7-B. How much do I pay to make the booking?

To Secure a booking, we need to collect the 50% of stay duration rental payment,as a reservation deposit. The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining part of the payment 50% must be paid  upon arrival.
Remember 50%  advance of your stay period has to be credited to our account .(details to be forwarded on  confirmation).    
All other bookings made over the telephone or email without an advance payment, are booked but the rooms will be allotted subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Q8-B. How do I pay for the booking?

Here you have the payments options that we offer:
  • Bank Transfer / Bank Cheque / Cash Deposit
If you wish to pay the booking deposit by Bank Transfer / cheque /cash deposit, please send us an email and we will provide you the details for the same.
In mumbai we can do collection of cheque / cash / credit card Swipe from your Location
  • By Credit Card or PayPal
 Our Secured Online Reservation system is under process, meanwhile,
  • We will send you a link to a secure payment page. It will give you the option to pay via Credit Card .(You browser must have cookies enabled to make the payment successfully).
  • We will receive an automatic email notification when you make the online payment.
  • We will send you a booking confirmation email within a couple of hours of receiving this notification.
Please, note that the booking is not firm until we have received the confirmation of the bank transfer. You can send it by email

Once we receive the confirmation or your payment from our system, As a confirmation of your booking, a Executive Homes Reservation Voucher will be emailed to you, we will confirm your booking as soon as possible with a maximum of 24 hours, and not later than 36 hours. It will also include arrival and departure information and the name and telephone number of the person in charge of the check in.
• On receipt of this, a part  payment your room is confirmed .On arrival full Payment  payment to be made

Q9-B.Can I pay for my serviced apartment on departure?

No. Payment is required at the time of booking and at check-in only.
The balance payment in total no of days reserved has to be made at the time of checking in after you have inspected your room. Please ensure that you have the balance payment ready at the time of arrival.

Q10-B.What methods of payment do you accept?

All major debit/credit cards are accepted. We also accept Cash and Cheques drawn on Indian Bank Accounts as well as Bank Transfers. Payments can also be made via Paypal (Paypal fee will be charged extra).
Reservation would be Blocked for the no of days payment made Only .

Q11-B. Can I extend my booking?

We cannot guarantee any extension of your accommodation period, subject to availability. we will endeavour to consider any such requests, If you believe that you are likely to need to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, then you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible and make payment to block it .

Q12-B.What if, the Serviced Apartment  has no vacancy?

If we are fully booked then, your reservation would be put on waitlist and you will be informed of the same.

Q13-B.How far ahead should I make the reservations?

At least 24 hours before arrival date.

Q14-B.Is it advantageous for us to book early ?

Yes it would as most of the time we are always fully booked. In order not to get disappointed please make your booking as early as possible.

Q15-B.What are the means for us to guarantee our booking ?

To guarantee your booking we would request you to send in your advance payment as soon as possible.

Q16-B.I am unhappy with my stay at Mumbai service apartment . What are my options?

In the unlikely event that you are disappointed at one of our locations, there is a feedback form available with our careatker , in you room, as well on website. Q17-B.What happens if I encounter problem with my reservation upon checking-in?

A. If you are carrying a valid Reservation Voucher from Executive Apartments, the chances of a problem are absolutely remote. So kindly remember to carry a print out of the Reservation Voucher. However, in the event of a problem, kindly call our office
